Varun Kataria Unveils the Xanada Roller Disco in Brooklyn

Local entrepreneur Varun Kataria unveils a look at a venue with a blend of retro and colorful details in the form of Xanadu. This is a new and permanent roller rink nestled in New York City, specifically in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The space was converted by Kataria and his design team.

It now comprises a roller rink, bar space, stage, and large bathrooms -- one of these can be converted into a club as well. According to the Kataria, the space had columns throughout at first but it was reconstructed to have a strong ceiling without relying on the support of the original columns. The team worked with a local architecture friend to ensure that it was strong enough before decorating the space with bright accents to recall a past era.
