The Writhing Tower by LYCS Architects is a unique building designed in gorgeous Lima, Peru, for a worldwide architectural competition started by ARQUIA.
Each unit of this condominium is rotated 45 degrees to give residents a full view of the ocean and public park that surrounds the building. The building's geometric design lets each unit get sunshine, and breeze off the water. Renting a unit from this condo is quite the upgrade from typical apartment buildings. Each unit is a two-story townhouse complete with a deck that has its own garden, trees and pool -- talk about luxurious!
This condo is in one of the most stunning residential areas in Lima. Being suspended 60 floors above ground in your own private pool that overlooks the ocean is paradise.
