Hard Rock Cafe Runs Its Annual World Burger Tour Competition

Hard Rock Cafe’s annual World Burger Tour competition offers a global culinary experience with regionally inspired burgers at more than 100 locations worldwide. Running from June 14 to August 5, the event encourages chefs to craft unique burgers that reflect local flavors and cultural influences — from Rome’s Lasagna Burger with Ragu Bolognese to Atlantic City’s Jersey Shore Burger with blueberry maple aioli.

This year, the Hard Rock Cafe’s World Burger Tour competition introduces chef and content creator Olivia Tiedemann as a mentor and judge. She will provide expertise to elevate the participating chefs’ creations. The top five burgers, chosen based on sales and Tiedemann’s evaluation, will later be available internationally before a final winner is selected.
