This Whimsical Furniture Collection Boasts Eccentric Design Details

'A to B Studio' was recently launched by the industrial designer Alex Brokamp and the studio's whimsical furniture collection is unlike most.

The series features a variety of quirky pieces that are not commonly found in traditional home decor collections. The designer took decor standards of color, shape and height and decided to stray from them enough that the furniture is unusual, but still functional. The coffee table is particularly interesting as it rests lower than traditional tables of its kind and features legs that function as either a bookmark or a bookshelf. Another particularly beautiful piece is the 'Finger Floor Light' -- which has a long oval shape and can be illuminated in either its body or its top -- giving it the appearance of a finger that is complete with a nail.
