South Korean design studio 'Rising' has designed 'Lamp Identity,' a walking lamp with a pair of legs that protrude out of its base, making it look like a lamp brought to life in some sort of children's cartoon. The lamp doesn't actually walk, but looks like it could if it wanted to.
The walking lamp consists of a white lamp shade which is connected to two tiny rods that look like legs. The rods can be set up in such a way that the lamp literally looks like it's 'standing' up. They can also be manipulated to make it look like the lamp is in the middle of a walking stride. When placed on a desk in this position, it looks like the lamp is pausing in the middle of a journey.
