Social media marketing is shifting towards immediacy thanks to networks like Snapchat and Periscope, which is evident with the teaser of the Volvo XC40 that was released.
Showing small portions of the vehicle as well as out of focus shots, the Snapchat preview of the vehicle by Volvo was overlaid with text and emojis. The teaser comes ahead of the official debut of the vehicle which is set to take place soon.
The Volvo XC40 is set to be a crossover vehicle that will be nestled perfectly in the Volvo vehicle lineup just below the XC60. The vehicle is set to take on the likes of the BMW X1, Audi Q3 and Mercedes GLA to gain a larger marketshare of the very popular crossover market in North America and beyond.
