7Voice Lets Customers Conveniently Order from 7-Eleven

With Google Home and Amazon Echo systems, 7-Eleven is now offering a voice-controlled shopping experience through its 7NOW delivery app via a new way of ordering called 7Voice. While 7-Eleven shoppers appreciate the convenience of being able to place orders via the 7NOW app, they can now do so just by speaking to a compatible smart assistant and home system.

The 7NOW voice orders can be used to acquire snacks, beverages, beauty products, home goods and other items in about 30 minutes or less, helping to save people a trip to the convenience store—just by saying something like "I want a Slurpee drink, Open 7NOW" to Amazon Alexa or the Google Assistant. With this service, no minimum orders are required and it is available 24/7.
