Vodka Cafe Pop-Ups

Grey Goose Opened a Pop-Up Vodka Bar, Cafe & Bakery in New York

French label vodka Grey Goose opened a pop-up hybrid of a vodka bar, cafe and bakery called the 'Boulangerie Bleue' in New York. The entire experience was meant to transport visitors to the French Riviera. The shop was set-up to look like a traditional bakery in France with French music and performances. The New York aspect came into play with the chef behind the baked goods, Adam Leonti from the 'Brookly Bread Lab.' According to PSFK, he was inspired by Grey Goose ingredients and used his farm-to-table approach to create pastries and bread. Of course, the event also has a bar with mixologists serving up Grey Goose vodka drinks for patrons.

Grey Goose's fun invention of a vodka bar, bakery and cafe hybrid will catch the attention of any vodka drinking adult walking by. The concept is beautifully executed and pulls on the brand's French history to leave a lasting impression on consumers.
