The most remarkable winner (bronze) which was not shown before here is the outdoor campaign from the Cancer Patients Aid Association, CPAA. It's a anti-smoking message from India made by Everest Brand Solutions. It shows the ceiling with a image of a cemetery, placed in a smoking area. Very confrontational!
Implications - Marketers and ad agencies are continually using insightful visuals to convey a marketing message. This ad meant for public smoking areas places the viewer into a virtual coffin looking up at a funeral service; it's meant to shock viewers and make them think more closely about their smoking habits. Companies can take advantage of this opportunity by embracing conflict and confrontation in their ad campaigns.
