The Virgin Atlantic No Ordinary Park Bench publicity stunt really shows off the airlines commitment to good service. A cross between a seat on a plane and an actual park bench, the Manhattan-based stunt involved unknowing but observant passersby who couldn't help but take a seat on the atypically cushioned surface. From there, things only became more interesting.
Flight attendants would converge on the Virgin Atlantic No Ordinary Park Bench with drinks and food. They then show the guest a monitor that did more than simply show movies. Whichever genre they chose, a flash mob would appear. Whether it was romance, sci-fi or suspense, these performances and more show how Virgin flies "in the face of ordinary."
