Vila do Bispo Museum by Spaceworkers transforms former agricultural warehouses in Portugal into a contemporary cultural building anchored by a new red-pigmented concrete volume. The intervention preserves the original industrial structures while introducing a distinct extension that acts as the main entrance and visual landmark. The added form mirrors the geometry of the existing buildings to maintain continuity, while clearly marking a new architectural layer within the site.

The project reorganizes the interior by freeing the original warehouse halls for exhibition use, applying a neutral grey and black palette to emphasize spatial clarity and circulation. The new volume houses administrative and support functions, allowing the exhibition route to unfold through an organic layout within the existing structures. The contrast between the subdued interior and the red concrete exterior establishes a clear hierarchy.
