In Japan, an assortment of green leafy vegetables are made readily available for people on the go through vending machines.

I've seen a lot of silly stuff sold in vending machines, but a vegetable vending machine has got to be one of the silliest ideas ever. I mean, these are vegetables! There is an unwritten consumer law that you are supposed to see, touch, smell and maybe even hear and taste the fresh produce you are buying.

Oh what the heck! I don't eat vegetables anyway.
