The apple pie shakes consist of frozen apples, ground vanilla bean (vanilla extract will work too), ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, maple syrup, sea salt and ice. The salt peanut crumble is made up of rolled oats, maple syrup, sea salt, coconut oil and either salted peanuts or almonds.
