Lime Crime is Venturing into Hair Products with 'Unicorn Hair'

Cosmetics brand Lime Crime is set to make its foray into the world of hair products with the release of 'Unicorn Hair,' a line of vegan, semi-permanent hair dye colors that exclude harsh ingredients like bleach and chemicals.

Although the shades in the collection range from stone grays to pastel pinks, each of the colors is made with a base of vegetable dye that's formulated with cruelty-free ingredients. As semi-permanent colors, promise to leave one's hair undamaged, "smelling like a meadow" and boldly colored with either the Tint or Full Coverage options. Over time, the semi-permanent colors are designed to fade gradually.

The hair color products are sold in jars that let the bold colors show through the mythical product packaging.
