adidas and Parley for the Oceans come together once again to release an exclusive UltraBOOST and UltraBOOST X. The latest collaborative project between the two correlates with the return of the Run for the Oceans initiative taking place. The limited edition silhouettes are inspired by the vulnerable life of the oceans as both brands continue to combat the large threats to the oceans and the planet.
This time, adidas and Parley for the Oceans infuse adidas' technical performance components with progressive eco-focused innovation. The Parley Ocean Plastic Primeknit uppers rest on top of the classic BOOST midsoles -- this silhouette single-handedly prevents 11 ocean-bound plastic bottles from entering the ocean. Both the UltraBOOST and the UltraBOOST X are available in a chalk pearl colorway and will both be dropping on June 8 online and in global store locations beginning June 27th.
