'Uber Box' is Providing Cars to Those Who Want to Watch the Opera

With lockdown restrictions tightening in London, England, many consumers are desperate for a safe and socially distant night-out and Uber Box has responded by offering car rentals to those who want to watch the drive-in opera currently in place of the English National Opera.

Currently, the drive-in opera experience is open to those with vehicles, leaving a large portion of the vehicle-less population unable to attend. Uber aimed to change that by offering short-term car rentals specifically for attending a night-out at one of these shows. In addition to the four-seater car, this partnership offers front row seats and each car comes equipped with high-quality radios.

The offer is listed for approximately 100 pounds, with 10 cars available.
