Uber and Turo have entered into a partnership spanning several years that will, starting in early 2025, provide Uber consumers with a vehicle rental option from Turo's extensive selection directly through the Uber app. Through this collaboration, "Turo's wide range of over 1,600 makes and models will be integrated" into the 'Uber Rent' platform, enhancing the rental options available to users and allowing Uber app users an alternative to hailing a ride.

Furthermore, this partnership is designed to create additional opportunities for Turo hosts, while simultaneously providing "Uber consumers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and France with access to a diverse selection of vehicles." As a result, by combining Turo's offerings with Uber's platform, the initiative aims to expand rental choices and significantly improve the overall user experience.
