The Twin Fin rum is a new spirit from Tarquin based out of Wadebridge, England that aims to deliver a new take on the classic warm weather libation. The product is said to be a progressive spiced rum that celebrates the best of the Caribbean as well as the Cornish coast. The spirit is reported to have a secret spice profile that is achieved with ingredients including orange and vanilla, and features notes of oak, citrus and spice on the nose with caramelized banana, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg on the palate.
Master Distiller Tarquin Leadbetter spoke on the new Twin Fin rum saying, "Twin Fin is a rum for the beach. It’s zesty, tropical and liberally spiced. The delicious result of two years of research and tasting. There is no other rum like it.”
