THINX (BTWN) Shares Leak-Fighting Organic Cotton Styles for Youth

In addition to offering a variety of protective, leak-proof period garments for women, THINX is now launching (BTWN) tween underwear to provide the same solutions for a younger demographic.

The period-proof technology from THINX involves garments made with fast-drying, moisture-wicking cotton, an odor-fighting lining, ultra-absorbent fabric and finally, a leak-resistant barrier to prevent discomfort and stains. THINX (BTWN) offers light, medium and heavy protection solutions that can be worn in place of or alongside conventional feminine care products. THINX's new Fresh Start Period Kit provides tweens with a mix of its most popular styles, including the Shorty, Bikini and the classic Brief.

On its new teen line, THINX CEO Maria Molland remarks that "this group of girls doesn’t have a lot of innovative solutions—they’ve been using pads, which really haven’t been innovated on in decades."
