The Tsumugi Card Box might bring to mind vintage indexing systems such as those once used in libraries, but they have been given a modern makeover that brings them into the 21st century. Made out of wood save for the colored metal nameplates that help keep them in order, the Tsumugi Card Box boasts a minimalist aesthetic that would suit just about any desk or office space.

Designed by Ideaco, a design studio based in Osaka, Japan, the Tsumugi Card Box can be used to hold any small stationery object other than cards. The partition down the middle provides even more organizational options. A slim ledge around the perimeter of the rim also allows the Tsumugi Card Box to be easily stacked.
