KFC Japan Just Added New Tsukimi Moon Viewing Burgers

Just in time for the upcoming fall season, KFC Japan has unveiled a new lineup of Tsukimi Moon Viewing Burgers, along with a new moon-viewing Twister and dessert.

In Japan, many people look forward to the annual fall tradition of viewing an autumn full moon. Also known as Tsukimi, the moon-viewing event takes place on September 17th this year and KFC Japan has unveiled some tasty new options just for the occasion. The first of the new Tsukimi Moon Viewing Burgers is the Torori Tsukimi Cheese Filet Burger, which includes a soft fried egg that gives the burger a melty, creamy texture. Next up is the tartar-sauce-covered Torori Tsukimi Japanese Katsu Gutakusan Burger, along with a teriyaki-glazed Japanese-style fried chicken cutlet. Along with the burgers, you can also try the new Torori Tsukimi Twister wrap or the new Mochi Custard Tsukimi Pie.
