Lotteria is helping Japanese consumers celebrate tsukimi – the moon-viewing season that occurs in autumn each year – with some tasty new offerings: the Torori Hanjuku Tsukimi Fair Burgers and the Wafu Hanjuku Tsukimi Zeppin Cheeseburger.
Just like their names, both of these burgers are a mouthful. The Torori Hanjuku Tsukimi Fair Burgers come in four different options, each of which features melty soft-boiled eggs and various different toppings. On the other hand, the Wafu Hanjuku Tsukimi Zeppin Cheeseburger features a premium burger patty topped with a savory teriyaki sauce, made from coarse-ground ginger and garlic, along with citrusy yuzu. This patty is then topped with four types of cheese (red cheddar, gouda, mascarpone, and parmesan), as well as a soft-boiled egg.
