From Apple-Filled Cafe Croissants to Autumnal Caramel QSR Donuts

It is customary for the start of September to be full of fall-inspired food releases and 2023 is no different. As we transition out of summer, many brands aim to excite consumers about fall with special products that boast cult-favorite flavors like Pumpkin Spice, Maple Sugar, and more.

Fall-inspired foods are usually available for a limited time, adding to the overall appeal. Denny's, for instance, launched a whole Fall Menu, featuring items like the Pumpkin Pecan Pancakes and the Pumpkin Pecan Slam. The Japan-launched Mos Burger Tsukimi Focaccia, on the other hand, pays homage to the Mid-Autumn Festival, a traditional festival in Asia that celebrates the moon and family. In Canada, farmer co-operative Gay Lea launches a Pumpkin Spice Cafe pop-up which celebrates the season while introducing the brand's brand-new Pumpkin Spice Whip.
