Located in nothern Spain, the train Station Design by Abalos Sentkiewicz Arquitectos makes the Logroño stop a sight to see.
The astonishing aluminum peaks of this station's ceiling make it one-of-a-kind with a design aesthetic that screams modern. High speed trains zoom by as this faceted metal wrapping lingers above with an ominous silvery look that is welcoming to reflected natural light. Platforms of this station are below ground constructions that are surrounded by the redesigned columns and irregular ceiling.
Striking and avant-garde, the ceiling construction is an addition by architect Juan Enríquez. This renovated marvel is part of an infrastructural effort to create a transportation-recreational hub hybrid in the Spanish riverside city of Logroño. The boldness of this ultra-modern addition will lead the way in design for the city.
