Trailborn Surf & Sound is a revitalized waterfront hotel in a premier surf destination, marking Trailborn’s fourth property. This boutique resort offers panoramic ocean and sound views, direct beach access, and curated experiences. New dining concepts include La Duna Paradiso, a seafood and house-made pasta restaurant; Bar Duna, a refined lobby bar; and Blockade Surf Bar, a beachfront and poolside venue with tropical cocktails and comfort-driven cuisine.
Designed by Post Company, the renovation showcases maritime-inspired interiors, Juliet balconies, a welcoming lobby, and a retail market with locally sourced products. Guests can enjoy surf lessons, boat excursions, and family-friendly activities with North Carolina Aquariums. Sustainability initiatives include contributions to the NC Coastal Federation.
