A new pop-up toy cafe will be opening in New York City this week, inviting kids to step into a life-sized world of Shopkins.
To celebrate the release of Shopkins Season 8: World Vacation, which introduces collectible toys and playsets themed after different destinations across Europe, Shopkins is launching a Parisian-themed Macaron Café inspired by its new La La Macaron Café set. The toy cafe will offer photo-taking opportunities, a manicure station and a preview of the all-new Season 8 toys for kids to play with.
In order to visit the pop-up cafe, which will be opening soon, prospective visitors were invited to reserve their spot for free online; reservations quickly booked within a minute, creating a waiting list of more than 4,000 families for the long-awaited pop-up experience.
