Located in the Meguro district of Tokyo, Book and Sons is a pristine new bookstore that completely challenges the traditional book shopping experience. Book and Sons' ultramodern design is contrasted by its unique stock, which is exclusively retailing secondhand typography books and a handful of carefully selected related materials.
In a city overrun with unique retail concepts, Book and Sons has managed to establish itself as a quirky and compact literary outpost that's visually appealing above all else. Featuring a minimalist, all-white exterior denoted only by a small, centered "Book and Sons" sign, the shop is actually only 958-square-feet.
This unique concept store makes great use of limited space and creates curb appeal with a visually stimulating ultramodern appearance.
