Earthy Ceramic Containers

Through Landscape by Young-Mi Kim are Naturally Nostalgic

It is easy to understand where the name of the Through Landscape collection came from when viewing the ceramic creations in a neat row. It is as though they form their own artificial landscape by way of each rise and fall of the containers. The earthy tones used in the Through Landscape collection also helps to consolidate this connection.

Designed by Young-Mi Kim, a ceramic and graphic designer based in Seoul, South Korea, the Through Landscape collection offers new insights into the finely crafted artform of tea sets. With a strong attention to form and color, Kim encourages a nostalgic response to the Through Landscape designs as though they were dug up from an archeological site.
