The Verse by Jack Daniels is a first-of-its-kind immersive virtual reality experience from the whiskey brand and it was created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of hip-hop. With this experience, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey’s urban art and Hip Hop program, Art, Beats + Lyrics, is venturing into a new realm.
The Afrofuturism-inspired virtual destination celebrates the works of Black and diverse artists and creators, and through their smartphones, tablets, desktops or VR headsets, users can explore the intersection of hip-hop and innovation. The Verse recently hosted an exclusive fan meet-and-greet and virtual fireside chat with Phony Ppl, and in October it will invite people to tune into a virtual panel on hip-hop's 50th anniversary and its tech-led future organized by HipHopForChange.
