Target is Merging the Target App and Its Cartwheel Offers App

Customers who have downloaded the Target app will soon be able to make the most of the functions available from Target's Cartwheel offers app from a convenient single location.

The fusion of these two apps means that customers will soon be able to redeem special deals and discounts, checkout just by scanning a barcode, as well as map out their planned trips to a store. With this feature, shoppers will also be alerted to special in-store deals via Cartwheel. With the new one-stop-shop app, users will also be able to make seamless online purchases.

Following the release of the new Target app, Target has plans to integrate Target REDcard, so that shoppers will also be able to save an additional 5% with the use of the benefits program card.
