Entitled The Storywall, this series of personified tile designs by Andrea Mancuso and Emilia Serra recounts history. Designed for their 'Analogia Project' this installation is to be presented at Fuorisalone 2013. These ancient themed wall tiles comes to life thanks to three dimensional reliefs that appear to come out of the wall behind them.

From Greco and Roman face sculptures to intricate column and architecture details, this stunning series of tiles is both artful and unexpected. Exploring the relationship between design and craftsmanship, The Storywall creators Andrea Mancuso and Emilia Serra aim to evoke a new visual language with their memorable tiled installation.

Reminiscent of archaeological discoveries and ancient ruins, this three dimensional installation piece makes traditional tile applications come alive with the help of added sculptural detailing.
