Sculptural Marble Series

Terra Frammenti Showcases Refined Marble Craftsmanship

Terra Frammenti is a collection by designer Sheree Stuart that treats Italian marble as a sculptural material shaped into functional furnishings. The series includes 22 handcrafted pieces ranging from furniture and lighting to vanities and bathtubs, all carved from single blocks of marble, quartzite, or semi-precious stone. Each object is produced by artisans in Siderno, Calabria, using stones such as Sienna Rose, Breccia Firenze, Calacatta Viola, Arbescato Vagli, Palisandro Bluette, and Crystal Sapphire. The collection emphasizes natural veining and texture while maintaining the clean lines associated with contemporary design.

The range is organized around the idea of turning geological materials into practical objects suitable for everyday spaces. Seating, side tables, consoles, lighting fixtures, and bathing elements form a unified aesthetic language grounded in craftsmanship. The designer’s focus on material integrity and meticulous construction positions the collection as a study in precision and durability.
