'The Pardon' is a product from No Evil Foods that introduces a meat-free Thanksgiving roast that's made with simple ingredients like organic white miso, vital wheat gluten and chickpea flour, plus flavorful herbs and spices.

Since the 40s, it has been a tradition for presidents to pardon the birds presented to them, sparing the life of a turkey that would otherwise end up at the center of a Thanksgiving dinner. Those who purchase The Pardon will find it wrapped in butcher paper, although the packaging for the seasonal product next year is set to be updated to its new origami-style wrap.
