The Impossible Shop is a New Plant-Based Ghost Kitchen

The Impossible Shop by Impossible Foods launched last week as a delivery-only, plant-based burger chain that operates out of Dog Haus restaurants across eight states. This new ghost kitchen can be found at about 40 spots across the nation on major delivery platforms like DoorDash, Postmates, Uber Eats and Grubhub.

On the menu at The Impossible Shop, there are a few types of burgers: the simple and straightforward Shop Burger (a quarter-pound single) or the two-patty Double Down with classic toppings, plus plant-based cheese sauce and Shop sauce. There's also the single or double Chili Cheese Shop Burger that comes with plant-based Impossible Chili.

To complete a plant-based meal, there are also other options like the Impossible Pat-B Melt, Sticky Sesame Impossible Nuggets, Shop Fries or the Impossible Breakfast Burrito for breakfast.
