Forbo Introduces Its Weather-Inspired Tessera Cloudscape Series

Forbo Flooring Systems designs a new range of carpet tiles by the name of Tessera Cloudscape to create a relaxed environment at workplaces and initiates a connection to the outdoors. The collection is comprised of 16 different tonal options and can be shifted around to create different cloud formations. The inspiration behind the new series is the natural movement and formations of the clouds, with modular elements to emulate that.
The color palette is similar to the natural hues of the sky, ranging from orange, blue, green, and grey -- all of which have a dappling finish. Every colorway receives a name to represent the different types of weather to correlate to its hue. The darker skies include names such as Thunderbolt, Mistral Gale, and Stormy Weather, light skies have names such as Sunset Sky, April Shower, and Dawn Chorus.
