The Tate & Lyle TASTEVA SOL Stevia Sweetener is a new addition to the brand's sweetener portfolio that's formulated with solubility in mind. The product is reported to have 200-times the solubility of Reb M and D products presently o the market, which makes it great for beverage concentrations, sweet syrups and dairy fruit preparations. The product can be used on its own or with Reb M stevia sweeteners to achieve the right level of sweetness needed in a recipe.
