Unlike most stabilizer with auto-track features on the market, which often lose focus of their intended targets, Taro sets itself apart with artificial intelligence and infrared technology.

Taro is touted as an "automated camera mate" because it is able to follow moving targets with ease. As Taro founder Hao Qian describes: "we’ve essentially designed a robot that operates your camera just like a real cameraman could."

The hands-free tracking stabilizer for smartphone and DSLR devices is able to perform so well because it uses an infrared tracking algorithm to precisely track an object in space. With Taro, it is even possible to track objects that are in motion up to 50 miles per hour. The next-generation tracking stabilizer will has plenty of appeal to sports enthusiasts who know the struggles of coordinating the capture of moving objects at high speeds.
