This talent network focuses on opportunities with weed-focused businesses that don't call for a background in the industry -- and was started by a 24 year old. Karson Humiston founded Vangst Talent, which highlights job openings in cannabis that more established job boards won't post.

Many of these open positions don't ask for previous experience, which is an added bonus for young people, recent grads and struggling millennials trying to find their way in the workforce. Humiston started the talent network upon the realization that the cannabis industry "has high growth potential and lots of opportunity for career development -- even if a candidate had no prior experience." As marijuana becomes legal in more and more states and countries around the world, it provides unexpected avenues for those early in their careers.
