The Taco Cleanse is a vegan recipe book developed by "Taco Scientists" Wes Allison, Stephanie Bogdanich, Molly R. Frisinger and Jessica Morris, who claim that they've come up with a "tortilla-based diet proven to change your life." Essentially, the plan has participants eat nothing but tacos for breakfast, lunch and dinner over the course of 30 days. This includes items like soft tortillas filled with greens and beer-battered portobello mushrooms.
The taco cleanse is reminiscent of Kippy's four-day ice cream diet program, which also turns a seemingly indulgent item into the basis of a day's sustenance.
