Taste-Enhancing Whey Protein Solutions

Synergy Flavours, a UK-based company specializing in food flavorings and extracts, has announced the launch of '4PROTEIN,' an all-new flavor solution designed to improve the "taste performance" of whey protein products.

The product aims to make the whey protein formulation product easier, offering manufacturers natural flavorings and a range of textures. According to the company, '4PROTEIN' was developed specifically to flavor dairy proteins -- a notoriously challenging process -- by providing a comprehensive flavor solution. In addition, the new product is said to drastically improve the "mouthfeel" in whey protein isolates and whey protein concentrates while delivering a richer, creamier taste.
