At a time when people are embracing protein-forward eating and building meals around tinned fish, a Sweetgreen x Fishwife collaboration is dropping to serve up two limited-time salads and a co-branded version of Fishwife's Albacore Tuna with Spanish Lemon.
The Albacore Tuna with Spanish Lemon is the star of the Tuna Niçoise Salad, which turns a French classic coastal. Built on a base of romaine, spring mix and a summer vegetable medley, this salad gets an extra dose of color from tomatoes, pickled onions, and roasted sweet potatoes, plus crispy onions, egg, and lemon-tarragon vinaigrette. Also on the Sweetgreen x Fishwife menu, Omega Glow spotlights miso-glazed salmon and Sweetgreen’s new miso sesame ginger with a mix of romaine, white rice, corn salsa, carrots, cabbage, cilantro, and almonds.
