Mandy's Salads has unveiled its 2026 'Summer Menu' alongside a company-wide transition to an olive oil-based ingredient strategy.
Beginning this month, all dressings served across the brand's locations will be made exclusively with olive oil, reflecting a focus on ingredient transparency and quality amid growing consumer interest in food sourcing and nutritional content. The transition has been implemented through a gradual reformulation process designed to maintain the flavor profiles of existing recipes. Beyond dressings, Mandy's has also replaced the oils used in its mayonnaise and cooking processes with olive oil.
The seasonal menu introduces 'Sunset Surf,' featuring sweet chili shrimp and chili pineapple salsa, 'The Captain,' built around spicy tuna and vegetables, and 'The G.O.A.T.,' combining goat cheese, sweet potatoes, apples, and pecans. The lineup is also complemented by the new 'Iced Banana Latte,' a tropical-inspired iced coffee beverage as a refreshing, yet decadent offering.
