For people who are prone to snacking, sweet potato bruschetta is a healthy way to get rid of the guilt you feel from eating a little treat before a meal.
This light snack doesn't require you to be a master chef, so if you're someone who's not a wizard in the kitchen you can still make them. To whip up a quick batch all you'll need to start are sweet potatoes, onions, tomatoes and basil. While the sweet potatoes are roasting in the oven, you can spend this time cutting up the other ingredients and mixing them in a bowl along with other spices you wish to add. When the sweet potatoes are ready they'll be used as the base of the bruschetta in place of bread and you can pour the ingredients on top.
