Created by The Vulgar Chef and sent to Elie Ayrouth at FoodBeast via drunk text message, Thanksgiving sushi is an unusual albeit seasonal take on Japanese cuisine. The Vulgar Chef is no stranger to the sushi roll format, having previously concocted such masterpieces as Ramen Sushi and peculiar poutine sushi.
This particular iteration from the creative Internet chef consists of stuffing, turkey and cranberry sauce all rolled together and wrapped in the turkey skin. For dipping, he also mixed mashed potatoes with wasabi.
