Popular architecture group BAMO designed the new Sun City Kobe, a luxury residence for the elderly that holds true to classic Japanese traditions and culture.

The single tower reaches 35 stories with 483 living spaces, dining restaurants, lounges, a nursery wing, 95 nursing bedrooms, a 6-story parking garage and a communal pool, fitness and massage center. The building has everything necessary for anyone to live comfortably every day. As well as being jam-packed with high-end amenities, the building has modern and high-quality furniture and interior design. The light color scheme and large windows allow for a bright and comfortable space, which integrate artwork, plants and flowers into each room.

The new Sun City Kobe is a one-of-a-kind residence that has never been seen before in the area.
