The warm sunny days of summer are coming to an end, but one last drop of the season can be taken in with the 'I Scream Factory,' a summer photography series.

British Interior store Habitat opened the Platform Gallery in 2012 as an open space for rotating artists and designers to feature their work. The most recent occupants all share the common theme of ice cream, and their interpretations are exceptionally varied.

Many of the pieces are hybrid art and photography pieces and represent creative takes on the summertime favorite. Some images take the whimsical dessert to a more mature place, while others use elements of ice cream, like sprinkles, as the basis of their art.
