Poshmark recently introduced a new feature called 'Stylist Match' that enables browsers and buyers to get real-time assistance from Amazon Alexa.
After opening Poshmark on one's phone and entering the feed, users are able to request seasonal or occasion-based styling themes. Those who own an Amazon Echo may also begin their experience with Stylist Match by saying: "Alexa, ask Poshmark to style me." Either way, Poshmark users are matched to a stylist who is able to make helpful recommendations on the spot based on a user's account information.
Both online and in-store shopping experiences are being transformed with artificially intelligent assistants, treating consumers to a highly personalized, on-demand shopping experience that prioritizes ease and convenience.
