The Stories! Bookstore Campaign Turns Readers into Novels' Protagonists

The Stories! Bookstore ad campaign visualizes perfectly what it can be like to read a really good book. People are captured back to back with the novel's protagonist. But lo' and behold, those protagonists are the readers' themselves! A book transports individuals into worlds of adventure and intrigue, bringing such excitement into people's living room, bedrooms and even on their commutes to work or school.

Conceived and executed by Kolle Rebbe, an ad agency based in Hamburg, Germany, the Stories! Bookstore ad campaign is quite imaginative. Art director Jörg Dittmann worked alongside creative directors Sascha Hanke, Rolf Leger and Florian Ludwig for the Stories! Bookstore campaign. The fantastical images, which embrace people's imaginative abilities, were created by Getty Images and Corbis.
