The home of Boeing's interior engineer Steve Sauer is 182 square-feet and three levels. Sauer spent seven years turning a 182-square-foot basement condo into a 3-level living space. This small dwelling includes two beds, a 37″ TV, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with working dishwasher, and storage for 2 bikes. There is even the fun bonus of a soaking tub underneath a panel in the hallway.
