Facebook Users Can Now Give Their Profile Picture a Star Wars Filter

With the release of the latest sci-fi saga only days away, Facebook users are being granted the opportunity to decorate their profile picture with a Star Wars: The Force Awakens filter. In line with all of the Star Wars marketing that has surfaced since the announcement of the latest film, millennials can now unleash the force on social media.

In anticipation of the long-awaited film, Facebook is allowing its users to add a Star Wars filter to their profile picture. After visiting the official Star Wars page on Facebook to edit and customize their profile picture, users must choose between a blue lightsaber or a red lightsaber. Once chosen, an illuminating lightsaber will cover the user's picture of choice.
